Teacher Mini-Grant for Kindezi O4W

The Kindezi School O4W PTCA is launching a Kindezi O4W teacher mini-grant program to support our wonderful teachers and administrators. We are now accepting applications for the spring cycle (January –May). Applications will be due on March 05, 2016, by 5:00 p.m. The grant will be awarded to one winner on March 22, 2016.


1.       Entrants must be Kindezi O4W Teachers/Administrators

2.       Completed applications/proposals must be received by the deadline, typed and with an itemized budget.

3.       Teachers/Administrators may submit only one proposal per grant session.

4.       Teachers/ Administrators must create an account on Donors Choose and upload their final project to donorschoose.org. The project must be approved.

5.       Teachers/Administrators may collaborate with each other in order to apply for a grant. The attached budget must indicate the division of the award between classes.

6.       Teachers/Administrators are responsible for obtaining licenses, releases or waivers for any project that may require one.

7.       Teachers/Administrators are expected to document their project with photos/videos.
